During the booking process, each participant will speak with a guide to discuss preferred trail experience, physical conditioning, medical needs, dietary needs, transportation, logistics and to receive answers to any questions and concerns.  All participants will be provided with a list of items to bring for their trek. Lastly, each participant is required to sign an Acknowledgement of Risk.  A review of Safety Guidelines, Leave No Trace and other trek-specific items will be conducted at meet-up location before the event begins.
